License Grant: 

  • When you purchase a plugin, you are granted a license to use the software, not ownership of the code.
  • The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to the terms of this agreement.
  • Unless explicitly stated in the purchase, licenses are for use on a single website.

Usage Restrictions: 

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plugin code
  • You may not modify the core code for redistribution
  • You may not use the plugin for illegal purposes
  • Shared or leaked license keys will be deactivated without refund

Intellectual Property:

  • All plugins, source code, and website content are copyrighted property of KaetechPlugins.
  • All rights are reserved, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. 

3. License Activation and Usage

  • License keys are generated upon purchase and sent to your email
  • Licenses are valid for the duration specified in your purchase plan
  • Premium features require an active and valid license
  • License keys may be deactivated if used on unauthorized domains 

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency) and are subject to change
  • Payment is required in full before license activation
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

6. Disclaimer

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party themes or plugins. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaetechPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
